I’ve lived in Bloomington for 15 years now, before that I grew up in a small rural town in north eastern Indiana. There’s a lot I love about Bloomington, but more generally I do love rural Indiana and the midwest.
I’ve got a little dog, Darlene. She grunts more than she barks and is a very good sport about having her photo taken.

I mainly use my digital cameras at celebrations, but I love incorporating 35mm, medium format, and instant film throughout the day.
Film has all the warmth, texture, and true-to-life-but-a-little-sweeter colors that can give photos that feeling of instant nostalgia while committing the moment to a physical format.
For me, film is about intentionality and I carry that thread throughout all of my photography.

My hot take is that the two most important types of photos from your wedding day are always going to be the straightforward, simply posed portraits of you with your people and the ones that happen by accident.
I photograph both with a lot of care and deliver back a curated gallery.

Couples sessions do come discounted to my clients who I’m doing wedding work with, because I’d love to spend more time with you!

I always love to hop on a call after you inquire. I think it’s easier than getting bogged down in emails right off the bat and a great chance to see if we are a good fit for each other!
I’ll take a small, non-refundable deposit.
Sometime before your date we’ll schedule a sit down meeting to go over details, make plans, and most importantly to just connect before your wedding. But outside of this, I will be available to you to chat whenever you need as you plan.

Yes! I am more than happy to travel anywhere in the U.S. My current travel rates are: the cost of a hotel for two nights, and my flight.
In 2026 I am offering one additional hour of coverage at no cost to all travel weddings.
There are no travel fees within two hours of Bloomington, Indiana.
I do not consider the following cities to be travel cities (ie, no travel fees):
Milwaukee, WI
Chicago, IL
Louisville, KY
Columbus, OH

Turn around time for weddings is generally 8 - 10 weeks. But you’ll always get sneak peaks within 48 hours.
You can count on 25 - 75 digital photos per hour of coverage.
